Pomeroy Attends Swearing In of New Police Chief In East Fallowfield

On Tuesday February 2, 2010 Fire Chief Tribbett attended the Official Swearing In Ceremony of Police Chief Chris Porter of East Fallowfield Township. Attending the Ceremony was Modena Fire Company personnel along with various Law Enforcement Officials of Chester County.

Paster Jack Crans of the Hephzibah Hill Baptist Church started the evening with the welcoming of the guests to the church and the Official swearing in of Police Chief of East Fallowfield. 
 
Christopher Amentas the Chairman of EFF Township Supervisors welcomed everyone and announced the reason they chose to stay within the structure of East Fallowfield for the position.
 
Special Guest speakers were Senator Andrew Dinniman, District Attorney Joe Carroll, and a representative from Tom Houghton office.
 
Police Officer Samantha Harper provided guests with the history of the East Fallowfield Township Police Department and Introduction of the events.
 
District Justice Honorable Nancy Gill commenced the Official Swearing in of Chief Chris Porter with his family by his side (Wife BreAnn Porter and their two daughters Tayla, Jazlyn).
 
On behalf of the Pomeroy Fire Company we would like to congratulate Chief Chris Porter on his achievement and wish him the best with his endeavor.
